Susan Crabtree joined Lowerbank Dental Practice in June 1997 as a trainee dental nurse and has worked her way up the ranks becoming their new Practice Manager in April 2021. It wasn’t an easy task in the middle of a global pandemic and staffing crisis. One of her first tasks was to set to work reviewing all existing systems and supplier relationships.

“It came to light that the accountant the practice had been using, wasn’t able to offer a service which ensured we remain compliant with holiday pay and overtime. We felt like a small fish in a big pond and that our business just wasn’t important to them and so I knew it was time to find someone else.
